Frequently Asked Questions

Below are the most commonly asked questions about private jet charter.

Q: Can I truly save money by flying private charter versus fractional jet ownership?
Dynasty JetsA: Yes by flying charter by charter you will save an astronomical amount on the front end and in the long term too. With a fractional ownership you will be required to pay an Acquisition Cost, Monthly Management Fee, Occupied Hourly Fee, and Other Fees. This includes variable fuel surcharge as applicable, international fees for travel outside the U.S., taxes and insurance. Compared to Dynasty Jets where we only charge our clients and occupied hourly fee, fuel surcharge, international fees, airport fees, and FET taxes. Keep in mind when purchasing an aircraft it’s like purchasing a car after your contract for five years expires, that aircraft that you put an acquisition fee for will depreciate. For example, if your acquisition cost was 400,000 USD by the end of the 5th year that aircraft share you own is only worth 280,000 USD. Your air travel has to be coordinated with the number of hours purchased at the beginning of the contract obligating you to predict your aircraft usage for the next five years and locking you to a single jet.
